3d Development & Rendering Design Process ​

1st Step - Gathering Info & Materials Discussion

How the 3d rendering process works
​Step 1 - Provide Material List and Samples or Links to, Briefing, and I will work together with you to create the task and the visualization Perspective.
The more detailed the information, the faster I can rocess your project.  This data may include examples, CAD files, sketches, PDF's anything that your have that helps convey your vision.  I can work with you on any missing information. Typically, it will take us between five days and two weeks to complete your project.

​The rendering process takes a lot of computer time  (ranging from 1 to 8 hours) as the computer has to calculate each and every object and it's lighting.​​

​How to get started

• Fill out the contact form and upload your sketch's if you prefer, or email them to me so I can provide you with a cost  estimate.
• I will email you or call to discuss your project
• If you decide I am right for you, send me any additional  CAD files or hand drawings of what you would like rendered along with the materials list and additional instructions.
• I will complete your first draft in approximately 5 days or sooner, may depend on complexity.
• 5 Day Delivery of proof rendering (expedite available Upon Request)

2nd Step - First Edit

This is the First edit that I will send to you.. It is created without the materials lighting and color.
I will create the 3D model of the object to be visualized.   I will send you several perspectives as a white model without textures or as screenshot capture of your model.

• This step serves to define, and agree upon, the scene and the camera perspectives of the scene to be visualized.
• You are encouraged to edit  define, and agree upon the scene and the camera perspectives to be visualized.

After your feedback and edits, I will now create the first photorealistic preview at a resolution of 1,900 x 1080.

3rd Step - Preview

​Now we add the materials, textures and light sources you want to the 3D model and provide you with two detailed previews.  

• You will receive your review with Color, Texture and Lighting that you have supplied,  such as floor coverings, fabrics, artworks, paint finishes, etc.  I now add the lighting.
• This stage makes up a very large part of the effect of your finished visualization.​

​Two correction phases
Normally the projects receive two free correction phases.  You are welcome to send us your change requests and suggestions in a summarized form.
An author’s correction is included free of charge after the first pre-rendered proof and a further subsequent correction phase after the second pre-rendered proof.

4rth Step - Final Rendering ​

After the second free author’s correction, we deliver the finished visualization in high resolution.

Changes at this stage can cost  further charges and so it's best to check and re-check.
